Elite Turlock Fence is a fence contractor based in Turlock, CA. We provide residential and commercial fence installation, fence repair, fence replacement, custom fence design, automatic gate installation, and related services throughout the Central Valley. All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of our licensed team.
Service availability is subject to geographic scope, current scheduling, and project suitability. We reserve the right to decline a project at our discretion. Information on our Site describes our services in general terms - the specific scope of any project will be defined in the written estimate or contract provided to you before work begins.
All estimates provided by Elite Turlock Fence are free and based on an on-site visit and assessment of your project. An estimate is not a guaranteed price until formalized in a written contract signed by both parties. Estimates may be adjusted if site conditions, scope, or material requirements change after the initial assessment.
Once a written contract is signed and a deposit is received (if required), the agreed price is binding for the scope described. Work outside the original scope may result in a change order with revised pricing, which must be approved by you in writing before the additional work proceeds.
Once a project is scheduled, we ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule. We understand that circumstances change, and we will work with you to find a new date. Repeated cancellations without adequate notice may result in loss of your scheduled slot.
If you cancel a project after a deposit has been paid, the deposit may be partially or fully forfeited depending on how far work has progressed and what materials have been ordered. The specific terms for your project will be stated in your written contract.
Elite Turlock Fence reserves the right to reschedule work due to weather, supply delays, or other circumstances outside our control. We will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable alternative date.
Payment terms are outlined in your written contract. In general, projects may require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion of the work and your final walkthrough. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract.
Final payment is due at the time of project completion, unless other terms have been agreed to in writing. Overdue balances may be subject to a late fee and, if necessary, collection action. Elite Turlock Fence reserves the right to place a mechanics lien on the property for unpaid work in accordance withCalifornia law.
Elite Turlock Fence stands behind the quality of our work. Any warranty on workmanship will be stated in your written contract. Warranty coverage typically applies to defects in installation resulting from our workmanship and does not cover damage caused by misuse, extreme weather events, vandalism, settling or shifting of soil beyond normal conditions, or modifications made by others after project completion.
Materials are subject to the manufacturer warranties provided by the respective manufacturers. We do not provide an independent warranty on materials beyond what the manufacturer offers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Elite Turlock Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or the use of our Site - including, but not limited to, loss of use, loss of revenue, or damage to property not caused directly by our negligence.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt mediation in Turlock, CA before pursuing litigation. Any unresolved legal dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California, and both parties consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
